Traditionally cured using salt, fennel seeds and orange. Each Lonza (Loin) is air-dried for a minimum of 2 months to fully develop a full-flavoured ham.

This is a ready-to-eat air-dried ham, delicately flavoured with orange and fennel. Great on sandwiches, in salads or eaten as part of an antipasti.
