The Baker's Pig - Welsh Charcuterie & Smokehouse offer a range of hand-crafted, traditionally smoked products from our own on-farm smokehouse. We lightly smoke a variety of our air-dried and fully cured meats and salami over oak, maple and apple wood fires and we produce the most delicious traditional Welsh-style salted bacons and hams.
All the woods used in our smoking process have been ethically sourced from a local furniture maker situated here on the Black Mountain.
