What a great day!

A fun- filled “Charcuterie Experience” day, that was both highly informative and hands- on, run by Andrew and Liz. They were knowledgeable and passionate about their pigs, charcuterie products and business.
We had no previous experience and were thrilled to make and take home our own pancetta and hot smoked sausages and eagerly await our chorizo (also made by us on the day).
Our hosts were more than hospitable, providing breakfast and a delicious lunch… an excellent day all round…recommended.

If you value good quality meat with known provenance, nothing beats making your own. This course is an excellent way kickstarting an exploration of homemade charcuterie
