Mwgi's (with chilli)

Ready-to-eat, Hot-smoked German-style wurst with a little bit of chilli. Best enjoyed as part of a charcuterie board with cheese and crackers. Mwgi is Welsh for 'smokie'. These are based on a traditional Jagerwurst (Hunters Sausage). Next time you're planning to hike across the Brecon Beacons National Park, stick a couple of these beasties in your ruck sack, and you'll be sure to get home in one piece.
